Ayala Land Businesscapes tops off the E-Services building at Nuvali.

This E-Services Building will be an office facility specifically catering to business process outsourcing firms and will form part of the first phase of Nuvali, a 1,600-hectare community being developed by property giant, Ayala Land, Inc., in Laguna which is envisioned to be the next Central Business District of the South.

The 4-storey E-Services Building will have a gross leasable area of approximately 12,000 square meters and is designed to address the technical requirements of BPOs firms such as telco/data redundancy, 100% back-up power, flexible a/c system, large floor plates and retail/support amenities to address the locators’ unique 24/7 operations. Incubation spaces fit for start-up or established companies with smaller space requirements will also be provided on the ground floor of the building, as well as, common conference & meeting rooms, training centers and a visitors’ center.   The E-Services Building will also be a LEED certified “green” facility and is the first of three buildings that will form part of the Nuvali BPO campus.
